Book Studies/Clubs

Access for Success: Making Inclusion Work for Language Learners
Calling all second language teachers! Join the PD Committee for our Second Languages Book Study - Access for Success: Making Inclusion Work for Language Learners. This book is "the first educational text of its kind to integrate principles and theories about Universal Design for Learning and language learning with practical strategies to address the diverse needs of today’s language learners in Canada." Written by  Drs. Katy Arnett and Renée Bourgoin, we will discover the four Access Points they have created to inclusive language education. Access for Success is a comprehensive resource that can be used by all second-language teachers who seek to make inclusion part of their classrooms. There are still a limited number of books. If you'd like to join this book club, which will restart in the fall, please email info@edpub.org to sign up and receive your copy of the book!
