Did you know that there are two teacher-directed PD days each year? In the 2025-26 school year they are January 28, 2026 and March 20, 2026.
Observe a Colleague
The Observe a Colleague program will continue for the 2025/26 school year. Only two members can access the program at a time. Observation days can only occur on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Applications, via Google form, can be accessed HERE.

ATA Workshop - Classroom Management: What Works - December 11, 2025
This workshop was developed with beginning and novice teachers in mind. Participants will review what classroom management is and why it is important, starting with the impact of positive and authentic relationships. From there, participants will move into looking at rules, routines, procedures and strategies. The goal is to help participants create classrooms in which both the students and the teachers can be successful. A light dinner will be provided.
